The company returns and exchanges products of proper quality in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Returns and Exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges of products are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the product.
• Product returns are carried out by agreement.

Terms for Returning Products of Proper Quality

The company is guided by the Consumer Protection Act in matters of returning and exchanging products of proper quality. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the company may refuse the consumer the exchange and return of products of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.

Products of proper quality that have been authorized for return and exchange may be returned within 14 days after receipt by the buyer if:

• the product has not been used and shows no signs of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
• the product is fully complete and the factory packaging is preserved;
• all labels and factory markings are preserved; the product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the company may refuse the consumer the exchange and return of products of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
